Madineyah Isaacs is a New York City-based, Certified Life Coach. She helps conscious people who feel stuck and overwhelmed shift into a clear mind, confidence and freedom.
She draws on her 12 years of coaching experience to bring a customized approach to her work. Her training is a blend of practical, intuitive and energy techniques to ensure lasting client results. Amongst her qualifications, she is a Certified Leadership Coach, NLP Practitioner and EFT/Tapping Practitioner.
Madineyah has coached people from over 75 Nationalities including Royal Princesses in Abu Dhabi, students on the campus of Yale University and international retreat attendees in the English countryside.
Prior to her career and country move, she was a radio presenter at one of the premier radio stations in Cape Town, South Africa – her native country.
She loves to help people get out of their own way and expand what’s possible for their life.

- PART 1
I was born and raised in Cape Town, South Africa. As a shy kid who was taught to ‘be seen, not heard’ I dreamed of being a radio presenter at this certain radio station, with no contacts in media, years of rejection but with endless passion and belief in my dream I kept going and I eventually secured one of the coveted shows.
It was surreal and a massive responsibility, here I was 24 years old tasked to entertain 500 000 listeners, live and sound engineer the control desk. I also worked alongside some of the city’s top radio djs who I listened to growing up.
I realized, I never thought about how I’d actually want to FEEL once I got there, what’s my message, my long-term vision for the show or how I’d actually shift people’s perspectives the way I desired. I was just so focused on getting it and assumed once I did the heavens would open up, rainbows would follow me and it would all come together on it’s own.
Errr, wrong.

My nerves were shot daily and my anxiety and insecurities were heightened. I felt like a complete imposter.
I learnt some tough lessons, the dreaming/visioning doesn’t stop once you get your dream job, daily visioning and course directing is pivotal for continued success.
I embarked on a 7 day conscious leadership retreat that cracked me wide open, I finally felt like I met my people, 32 people who were ‘weird’ just like me. I thought I was the only one who preferred journaling at home than go to a nightclub or who loved spending hours in a bookstore over shoe shopping.
Apparently not, they were out there.

Quieting my mind, the power of beliefs and how to consciously lead myself and others were among some of the things I learned. It was revelatory to me and I was hooked.
I dove head first into deeper learning of myself. I attended seminars from world class teachers and trained in coaching programs, my new-found passion for coaching did not go unnoticed and soon I was asked to coach on retreats in South Africa, Italy and the UK, all while taking unpaid leave from my radio gig.
I did all of this to learn faster techniques to coach myself into the best version of me so that I could be a great radio presenter and truly make the difference I desired.
Or so I thought. The Universe had different plans for me.
- PART 4
Two years into this radio-coaching life and the inner call to serve on a deeper level was beckoning me. It took me by total surprise but playing the latest top 40 hits live from the beach was not appealing to me anymore. I wanted to help expand people’s mindsets, that’s why I got into radio not worry about targets and ad space.
After many tears, I took the courageous step and resigned. I embarked deeper on my inward journey and took a gap year in a far off land where I knew no-one, didn’t speak the local language and only heard about this country a few years prior, Qatar in the Middle East.
My family and boss thought I was nuts by the way.
But it felt so right.
Following my intuition has always been my strength so I followed my gut even with no clear map forward.
I let passion and self-belief lead me once again.
- PART 5
It wasn’t clear when I left radio or after my gap year that I’d do coaching full time as I always saw it for my own growth and as a hobby.
But the Universe was always guiding me.
Through daily visioning to call in a partner, I met my now amazing husband on a 2 week vacation to New York City, hours after I landed (you seriously become a magnet for miracles through inner journey’ing.)
With no radio job holding me down, freedom and time I moved here.
Shortly after, I kept getting an inner nudge to start teaching what I learnt to others and coach full-time, eventually the nudge turned into an inner scream and I had to heed the call, even though I had no idea how.
After years of retreat coaching I took on my first private client in November, 2015. And so the next adventure begun.
I finally feel like I am truly making a difference in peoples lives and shifting perspectives, all while owning my voice and vision.
When you look back you see that things do in fact make sense, but the faith-tester of life is we have to live it going forward.

It has been said that the best coaches are the ones who are naturally curious, don’t have things all figured out but are committed to growth and learning from their mistakes.
Ask anyone who knows me, I am fiercely curious and first to say when I messed up. And then naturally look for a solution.
I’m here to learn alongside you and together live the best life possible.
